Recover deleted gateway through gateway EUI

Gateway EUI is no longer unset when deleting a gateway, meaning that the gateway could be recovered if EUI has not been claimed by another gateway.

Fill in DevEUI in device onboarding

It is now allowed to provide DevEUI for ABP end devices with a LoRaWAN specification lower or equal to 1.0.4 in the end device onboarding screen in the Console.

Fixed faulty field validation for byte input

Faulty field validation for byte payloads in the uplink payload formatter panel in the Console are fixed.

Devices with pending session and MAC state may now successfully be imported.
